Aquatic Exercise Videos

Exercising in the water is an excellent alternative to training on land. It is excellent for people who have sore joints that are aggravated during impact exercises on land. Your body weight is significantly reduced in the water which in turn reduces impact forces during jumping exercises. It is however, still possible to burn just as many calories and sometimes even more than on land

Aquatic Exercise is great for anyone, but can be especially beneficial to people with limitations or restrictions. For example, pregnant women, people with orthopedic concern (hip replacement, knee replacement), sports injuries  (shin splints, plantar facilities, stress fracture), and other special populations (Parkinson’s Disease, arthritis, diabetes).

Jacqueline Zupsich is former competitive swimmer an expert in aquatic exercise. She has a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and nearly a decade of experience teaching swimming and aquatic exercise to people of all ages from infants to the elderly. She possess the knowledge, experience, energy and enthusiasm to provide you with an invigorating experience.

Jacqueline is available to come to your home to teach a water aerobics class or for private lessons.
